Every greeting you send is pinned to your location on an interactive world map. Other users can browse the map to discover greetings from around the globe. Nearby greetings are grouped into clusters that expand as you zoom in.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard OpenID Connect authentication powered by Keycloak. Your account is protected with modern security practices and your data is encrypted in transit.
How do I get help if something goes wrong?
You can open a support case directly inside the app from the Support tab. You can track the status of your case and our team will respond as quickly as possible.
Can I use HelloWorld without creating an account?
You need a free account to send greetings and start conversations. Signing up takes about 30 seconds and only requires an email address.
How does real-time messaging work?
Our real-time gateway delivers messages instantly. You can start a conversation with any user and chat back and forth without refreshing the page.
